Our culinary program prepares you for a variety of careers in the foodservice industry. You'll get practical experience in modern kitchens including simulated situations and real-world production applications in our learning restaurant, Artisan, and through internships. Students get a broad introduction to the many aspects of the foodservice industry using a learner-centered approach to culinary education. Food production skills are complimented by courses detailing the business of culinary arts, along with general studies, to ensure graduates are able to become valuable employees. |
