My time at The Art Institute of Charlotte has given me a more defined incite to my career field. They have given me the knowledge and skills in my culinary career which I intend to use to devote myself to and take my career above and beyond, carrying the name of this school with me. The facility at The Art Institute of Charlotte is amazing, I have learned so much from my chefs and I consider each and every one of them to be a valued friend. The skills thought by each chef here are direct and can be used throughout your whole career. Overall I am glad that I choose this school, the facility and curriculum are great, I have learned so much and I am ready to go on and further my career carrying The Art Institute of Charlotte?s name with me.
