Macromedia Flash and its tools allow designers to create and deliver fast-loading interactive animation, buttons, graphics and sound for the Web with exciting transparency and shape blending effects. This course will teach advanced action scripting with classes to allow students to create sophisticated interactive projects.
Course Length: 11 weeks Contact Hours: 44 hours Credit Value: 3.0
Course Competencies
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
1. Demonstrate an understanding of classes and objects. 2. Use methods and properties to produce more efficient and usable Flash Action script. 3. Produce and present logical standard structured code using packages. 4. Create complex dynamic projects, while not only considering file size and download times but program structure as well. 5. Demonstrate inter-program usability with Flash and 3-rd party software.
